stressing

it has breakfast included. everything else was awful.

the people working there were extremely stressed and rude. the room had no windows even though in the pictures you could see windows and good illumination. it was extremely small and claustrophobic.

Inconfortable pillows, only a plastic chair in the room, mold in the ceiling, "plastic" curtains and first time I used the shower it almost didn't get warm.

Would strongly not recommend the hotel.

Location is good and most of the staff friendly

Shower didn’t work so,I had to move to another room.Wifi connection unreliable and it was on and off all the time.Windows wouldn’t close properly too old and lack maintenance urgently.Exteemely noise outside due to inadequate windows.Mosquitoes come through because of windows not closing properly.Construction site overnight just next to the hotel so,needless to say that it’s a challenge to ge some sort of sleep.Phine in the bedroom broken.

Just the location is good,the rest is just an absurd,absolutely a joke.Apenas a localidade vale a pena,o restante é um absurdo atrás do outro.Péssimo!

The hotel is old,and it’s lacking a lot of maintenance.The windows are old and don’t close properly,therefore all the noise comes through it,not to mention the mosquitoes.Paulista is a busy and buzzing place 24/7 ,so if you need a good nights sleep,the hotel is not the place for you,if you stay in rooms facing the street.I read lots of reviews on booking.com regarding the hotel,however despite the fact that most reviews were quite bad,I decided to give the hotel the benefit of a doubt,but I regretted it.They are very strict when it comes to check in ,check out times,and that works perfectly.I arrived at 6am from an international flight in São Paulo ,and had to wait till 14:01 to check in ,otherwise I’d have to pay half of the full daily rate to check in a bit earlier.I didn’t mean to check in at 6am,but at least 12 or 13:00,but there’s no bending the rules on that aspect.Also you have pay R$10 to leave your bag in the hotel,and that’s too much as far as I’m concerned.My first day in the hotel ,after having traveled 12 hours on a plane ,and waited 7 hours to check in,I obviously wanted to have a shower,but to my surprise there was no hot water to shower so,I had to call reception.I then had to be moved to another room.To call reception wasn’t very easy either because the phone wasnt plugged in due to a broken wire so,I had to go down to reception to speak to someone.To summarize,it was an utter disaster to stay there.Also overnight there’s a construction site just next to the hotel,and builders shout ,throw things ,all night long....therefore that makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep.O hotel é antigo, e falta muita manutenção. As janelas são antigas e não fecham corretamente, portanto, todo o barulho e pernilongos passam através dela. Paulista é um lugar movimentado 24 horas,então se você precisa de uma boa noite de sono, o hotel não é o lugar para você, se ficar em quartos de frente para a rua.Péssimo!

„Die Lage ist gut

Die Lage ist gut

Erscheint wie ein Stundenhotel. Das erste Zimmer in das wir geschickt wurden, hatte Schimmel an der Wand. Das zweite nicht, gemütlich ist aber was anderes. Der Ventilator hat laut gequietscht.

La ubicación es buena, cerca a una de las avenidas principales.

El alojamiento está demasiado deteriorado, pero tampoco se esfuerzan por al menos ofrecer sabanas y toallas limpias. Los baños están llenos de hongos, la luz del cuarto no funcionaba.

No es lo que esperaba

La ubicación del hotel. El desayuno es variado y de fácil accesibilidad a las estación de tren.

El hotel es antiguo por lo que se percibe un olor a humedad, las habitaciones están mohosas, el control del televisor no funcionaba, el agua de la ducha se calentaba mucho, habían hormigas, tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación varias veces y personal de recepción nos hizo bajar para recoger la llave.

Tuve que reclamar hagan limpieza cuarto y estar pidiendo toallas cuando se supone eso debian hacerlo a diario, luego me cobraron un dia mas por quedarme unas horas mas a pesar yo haber preguntado a la recepcionista si podia quedarme y ella me dijo que si por que mi chikout era hasta al día siguiente y ya estaba pagado supuestamente al momento de retirarme me cobraron y por reclamar y demorar casi pierdo mi bus a rio de Janeiro, a mi llegada se me entrego con retraso habitación cuando suponia mi habitación debia estar separada, yo llegue tarde por vuelo retrasado

Se corto el agua varias veces. No se preocuparon por limpiar la habitación. Siempre tienen problemas en el check in. O te dicen que se canceló lo que pagaste o que es de un nivel inferior (baño compartido) cosa que no es así. Vayan siempre con el voucher impreso. Yo no lo piso más.

Estadía complicada por falta de internet y agua

El desayuno estuvo muy bien: buena calidad y cantidad de frutas. La ubicación es muy buena: al inicio de la avenida paulista. Esto me pareció perfecto.

Nunca me logré conectar al wifi desde la habitación, solo en el lobby del hotel. Esto me causó muchos inconvenientes porque estuvo muy limitado mi trabajo. Además, en las mañanas se iba el agua o el suministro era muy escaso. Esto fue otro problema porque uno de los días cuando me levanté para bañarme y vestirme para ir a mis actividades, no había agua...

Habitação com pouco conforto. Colchão de má qualidade. Ventilador com problemas de funcionamento. Parece que há problemas de segurança. Dois clientes narraram que estavam saindo porque alguém entrou na habitação e roubou. Tiveram que fazer boletim de ocorrência.
